Beautiful, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood of South Sandwich with plenty of space to host one large or two small families. The home sleeps 8 comfortably. The main floor includes two bedrooms (bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed as well as a separate twin bed), a full bath, a large living room with fireplace and smart tv, an eat-in kitchen, and a bonus 3 seasons room. The full-access lower level offers a family room with smart tv, 1 half bath, and a bonus sleeping area with three beds (1 full bed and 2 twin beds).
The serene, wooded backyard includes eight outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and a gas grill. Plenty of space and shade to cool down after a long day spent at the beach.
The home belongs to the Lawrence Pond Association which includes access to a sparkling pond private beach, boat launch, playground, picnic tables, and tennis court. The pond is suitable for swimming, fishing, and of course a stone skipping contest! Upon arrival, guests can purchase a pass to these areas for $25/week. Other amenities include a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, window air conditioning units, a private outdoor shower, a fire pit, and WiFi. Guests can access their own streaming services through the two smart TVs.

This home is a short drive to everything that beautiful historic Sandwich has to offer—saltwater beaches including Town Neck Beach and Sandy Neck Beach, Sandwich Village where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants, the Heritage Museum and Gardens and Sandwich minigolf. The nearby Cape Cod Canal is a great place to see the boats enter and exit the Canal,ride a bike along the 14 mile bike trail or just go for a nice walk. Sandwich abuts the beautiful town of Mashpee where you can find popular attractions such as Mashpee Commons and thePopponesset Marketplace. Craft beer enthusiasts: Naukabout Brewery and Taproom is 5 miles away and Treehouse Brewing Company is 10 miles away.
