This home is centrally located to the beach, the Cape Cod canal for fishing, biking, walking or rollerblading and right close to that is a new playground at the marina for the kids with picnic tables to stay for lunch and watch the boats. From this home you can get to local restaurants, taverns, a shopping plaza and a pharmacy in just a few minutes by car.
