House was better than in the pictures and only a very short walk to the beach. Beautiful park across the street too with tennis courts, basketball, field, swings etc. Would definitely stay again !!

GREAT CAPE COTTAGE WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION! Location was amazing - a couple blocks off the beach, a beautiful, treed neighborhood, and only an hour or so from all our fun day trips. We visited Provincetown down 6A, ferried to Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole, Boston, Mystic CT, and down 28 through Falmouth and Hyannis. All SO beautiful and so nice to come home to such a comfy house. Two master bedrooms is such a plus ...one upstairs and one downstairs. Great to have Wi-Fi and cable, too!

Comfortable, very clean, cozy—yet truly sufficient space for 10. Even with 6 of those 10 being kids. The park and playground across the street was perfect. And the basic walk to the beach provided lots of fun exploring. Also within close driving distance to historic and other points of interest both north to Plymouth and Boston and south to the Cape. A very special and memorable time away!

We spent at this beautiful place our vacation. This house was well maintained and clean with big bedrooms,spacious kitchen, finished basement, grill and patio table with chairs on the porch. For our big company (4 adults and 5 kids) there were more then enough space for everyone!Kids enjoyed making marshmallows on backyard at fire pit and playing basketball and tennis at the park right across the street. We had such a wonderful time!

The house was huge. Comfortable beds and updated furniture. Wifi and cable was great. The only negitive for me was the lack of sheets and towles. All and all a GREAT stay and we would stay again.

If you’re looking for a property that’s well appointed and offers an independent holiday this is definitely for you. Fabulous large house, well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. We used it as a base to explore the Cape Cod area. It’s located in a very quiet residential area and it was great coming home at night to sit on the deck and enjoy the peace and stargaze. Highly recommend

Convenient, clean & comfortable
This was a great house for our needs. Close to everything and easy to get around and enjoy the Cape. Only suggestion I have is that they provide a tv channel guide for the channels that you can actually watch. So many channels required a subscription to watch, including the Weather channel!!! A list would be most helpful. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Overall it’s a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Overall, this was a good property. House is on a quiet street away from traffic. There is a lot of space in the house. All bedrooms and living room had AC (kitchen did not, but it didn't need it either - close enough to the living room). Close to private beaches, but also just a short drive from Scusset beach.
