Cute place, walking distance to beaches, only thing was no tub, shower stall only, great back yard and deck for my morning coffee

The location of the house is perfect for getting to the beach on foot. The beach is also particularly beautiful. The house is large, comfortable, well equipped. It is located in a very quiet area and despite the proximity of neighbors. We were 3 adults and 2 children and we had all the space. Sandwich worth a visit and we enjoyed our week long stay.

Jerrys place was nice. Cozy coastal place within walking distance to town neck beach and a fun spot for the kids to jump off a local bridge at high tide. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor issues upon arrival but Jerry and the rental staff were quick to remedy the situation.

A well stocked and delightful place to stay. Close to everything. Did not want to leave!
