Exceeded Expectations. I almost don't want to write this review because I want to make sure the property is available next time I want to rent. The home was comfortable and so well appointed that it made our stay so lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped. As we love to cook, we often made our meals there. Having a private beach association was great. The beach was gorgeous. The sand bar at low tide made it really fun to spend time in the water. I will be back.

Great Location in Sandwich
The location was great due to access to a private beach within walking distance. The house had all the amenities one would need and everything was well thought out including enough extra cleaning items to do extra cleaning. House was super clean upon arrival and we felt comfortable using sheets and towels that were provided. All the extras were thought of and signs and labeling was helpful. I would definitely want to come back again.

We really loved the beautiful, spacious home in a private setting. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including many fun board and yard games. The landscaping was incredible! A very relaxing retreat. The location was perfect, so close to the beach. Communication with the realtor and owner's response to questions was great.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. The house was lovely, and had everything we needed. The landscaping and gardening was phenomenal. We walked to the beach multiple times each day, and although it was rocky (wear footwear!), it was also beautiful, peaceful, pristine, and never crowded. The neighborhood is friendly and perfect for walking. All of us had a marvelous time. Also, our hosts were very responsive and kind. It was a terrific experience all round!

This house was great, well-laid out with great indoor and outdoor space, a great kitchen for cooking and spending time, a friendly walkable neighborhood, and a short walk to the beach. We were able to walk down to the beach every morning, which we loved.There are plenty of amenities, including all the standard kitchen items, a grill & grilling equipment, beach chairs & umbrella & wagon, and plenty of indoor and outdoor games. We had a great time here!

Property well kept, nice location. The only negative was there was no iron.
