The house is modern ,very clean, and comfortable. Short walk to the beach but if you had to bring kids and supplies you might want to drive and park.

Check in could not have been smoother and the house is clean and adequately equipped. It’s located in a cute and quiet neighborhood with a nice yard. It’s farther from the beach than we had hoped, especially when lugging chairs and towels. We ended up driving. Sandwich is wonderful - right in the middle of everything! Charming and historic. We had a great time.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Plenty of space and decorated nicely. Walking distance to beach as long as you don’t have a ton of stuff.

There were so many great things about this place. The place was really pretty, very clean, well-equipped, perfectly furnished, and had great space. We loved that they had a washer/dryer and dish washer. The showers were great! The neighborhood was quiet. The location was close to the beach which we went to everyday. We also found a great path close to the bayside, which made for a great walk everyday. The place was comfortable and we quickly felt at home. We recommend this place highly!

We loved our stay at this home! We stayed a full week with three adults, two kids and a dog, and there was plenty of room and great amenities to make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and the walk to the beach was very easy. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sand Dollar Realty for making our vacation great!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The house was spotless and the walk to the beach was short. It all the amenities including very new appliances. It was the perfect home base for us as we explored the Cape but was also nice enough to just “hang out.” I would highly recommend!!
