Beautiful home looks like new inside and out. The beach (right across the street)has a lot of rocks. (a sandier beach is right down the street) Lots of things to do in the area.

We rented this superb house for one week in August 2008. It's very well located just across the street from the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our three children were very imprest to be so near the canal were huge boats were passing. We highly recommend this "Cape Cod Style" house.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The inside of this house was
wonderful, recently renovated, perfectly decorated. It had all the amenities that we were looking for. The location was great as far as being close to everything. We walked across the street to
Hemisphere restaurant for dinner, over to the canal for long walks. The closest beach is a very rocky public beach, But... you can always drive to better beaches, which we ended up doing

Our stay in Sandwich was lovely. The home we rented was affordable and the location ideal. The home is light and airy with a newly remodeled kitchen and 3 roomy bedrooms. We spent our days exploring cape cod (despite the rain) and our evenings sitting in the dining room or living room enjoyng our temporary "home". It was clean and comfortable and you cannot beat being a stones throw from the beach. We have used Sand Dollar Realty before and will definately use them next summer.

Majestic Sunsets
This vacation was all about family, fun, and history. The
location of the beach house has easy access to Boston, Salem, Plymouth, and of course the Cape. The color of the rocks on the beach were unbelievable and beautiful. Watching the sail boats on the deck was relaxing and fascinating at the same time. The beach house was filled with charm and made us feel at home. The most amazing part of the vacation was the majestic sunsets in the evenings. We will definately be back!

I love Sandwich!
Sand Dollar was just awesome to work with. House was great! We just happened to pick the week when low tide was early morning or around suppertime, but other than that, perfect all around! Even the rocky beach can't stop us from going to Sandwich!!! We'll be back next year. Can't wait!

Beautiful house awesome location.
We had an amazing stay at this property. Super convenient location. Nice friendly neighbors. Great updates being done at the property. Beautifully decorated. Could walk to a small beach, where we had fun watching boats cruise in and out of the canal everyday. close to several restaurant and fresh fish markets. We will definitely be back.

This beautiful beach home was very comfortable and had all the kitchen supplies anyone would need. Walking distance to the beach was wonderful for the kids. We all especially loved the outdoor shower with hot water. Keep in mind though this house has only one inside bathroom located downstairs.

Great vacation, lucky to have great weather! This cottage has a well equipped kitchen with all the needed appliances, loved the fridge with ice maker, crushed ice for drinks! The upstairs king size bed was so comfortable. Window air conditioners in bedrooms and kitchen, mainly lovely ocean breezes, as I prefer natural air. Well equipped for those of you with young children. Very friendly neighbors too! Thanks so much for a lovely time at 88 TownNeck Road!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great! You can see the water from the house. The beach is across the street. The beach is a bit rocky but it was worth it to be able to just walk back and forth during the day. There have been updates to the house that aren't shown in the pictures. It was a nice surprise! Definitely would visit again!
