I can't say enough about 3 Clark street. When we arrived we were so thrilled. It was so clean and open. The deck area was great and it lead to the fenced in yard if you have little ones, or pets. Its the perfect setup. We are definitely going to rent again. Thank you so much for having us and we look forward to staying next year.

Very comfortable home. Close to beach. Very peaceful. It does need a door to laundry room, as the dehumidifier is very loud for the people sleeping downstairs.
Other than that, it's a great house

Beautiful house and beautiful location. You were close to the bridge to leave Cape Cod and could see the ocean from the porch. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The realty company was great to work with. We received our rental deposit back within the time that was promised. I would rent from Sand Dollar Realty again when we travel back to Cape Cod and would rent in that area again!

Great place. We love this house. This is our third year staying here. The location is fantastic. A short walk to the beach and the marsh and boardwalk. As well as close to grocery stores and restaurants in Sandwich.

Perfect Spot. The house and yard were immaculate. Furnishings, electronics, AC, and appliances provided everything we wanted. Fenced yard was great for our small dog. On top of this, the location was EXCELLENT: quiet, private, and just a 3-minute walk to the beach; close to restaurants and other must-see spots. Realty company was top-notch. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Great location and very clean . The location is close to the beach, which is convenient for families. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. We were very comfortable there for the week. The dog loved it too!

This house is super cute and comfortable. The wrap around deck and the fenced in yard is such a plus for having little ones or dogs. I loved the fact that we could walk back and forth to the beach. The house was ALWAYS cool and the central air was a god send on those really warm days. The only reason why I didn't give this a 5 star plus is because it only has one bathroom and no outside shower. The location is close to a few very good places to eat and the food store-pizza-ice cream!

Close to everything you would need
First night there was a partial power outage. Called the number they provided and within 15 minutes someone was there to fix it. The beach isn’t even a 5 minute walk from the house. Plenty of shopping restaurants and anything else you would need all within minutes. Would stay there again

Great Vacation!
We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful. Fully equipped with everything we could need. It was a block from the beach and at night you could hear the ocean and the buoy bells in the distance. The location is great, a central location on the cape. Communication with sand dollar realty was excellent. The only issue we had was a broken smoke detector which they replaced right away. 100% be back.

Great Location!
Walk to the beach! Short drive to restaurants, shopping and groceries! Deck is great for hanging out with a view of the Boardwalk.
