We spent a week at the property and loved it! It was decorated like it was straight from a magazine. Location was excellent and only a short drive into Sandwich. We found the location was excellent as a starting point to visit many places on the Cape. We would love to return one day soon.

This was our first visit to Sandwich and our first house "on the beach".
The beach house was perfect for our family of three. The very best
part of the house was the screened in porch. We ate dinner there
every night and sat and listened to the sounds of the water.
This is a beautiful house and very cozy and comfortable. We would
definitely think about coming back for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay in your cottage and had a wonderful time. We walked on the beach every day but only swam a few times as the ocean was quite cool. The weather was sunny, hot and humid, just what you want for an oceanside vacation. Thanks again.

What a perfect beach cottage! The inside is very nicely decorated and the screened porch is fantastic.
The paths to the beach are a bit steep (unavoidable due to the dunes), but it was manageable, even with a toddler in tow.
The only very minor negative is that the parking lot out front is sand, which is deep in places (made it harder to unload/re-pack the car).
Overall a great place and we hope to come back whenever the size of our group allows!

We love this beautiful house on East Sandwich Beach.
This is the third year we have rented this beautiful updated cottage on East Sandwich Beach. It has everything we need for an enjoyable stay with 2 small children, and is steps to the beach. We especially like the screened in porch, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and internet access. We have enjoyed renting the house along with a couple of the other houses in the association to enjoy an extended family vacation at our favorite beach!

We stayed at this cottage for 10 days and absolutely fell in love with it. It could not be any closer to the beach without being underwater! The beach itself is gorgeous and almost totally deserted (in April) so we had it pretty much to ourselves. Sandwich is also a great spot and very convenient for day trips in the Cape and to other parts of MA. The place was clean, and exactly as advertised and the screen room is particularly lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious. This beautiful beach-front rental was perfect for our vacation. The living space is significant and the renovations are quite lovely. The screened-in front porch is a wonderful, spacious addition. The location is perfect, right on the beach. East Sandwich is a family-friendly beach and enjoyable for all.

This was perfect for our week long stay in the Cape. Weather was horrible, but cottage was close to many alternate activities, yet cozy enough to stay in and enjoy each others' company. Amenities included everything we could want. We opted to not use the washer/dryer when we learned it was in the cellar with access not made for our old knees, but appreciated it was available if needed.

Wonderful Vacation!
The cottage was clean and very nice. It was a very quiet neighborhood and easy access to many restaurants and places to see. The only problem we had was we didn't realize the beach would not be accessible to my sister-in-law who walks with a cane. I should have inquired about that before, but I had not thought of it. She still enjoyed her stay and we went places she could also enjoy the beach and water. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and the we had no major issues.

Sweet cottage with some recent updates. Kitchen is newer and appliances are nice! Owners have included nearly everything you might need. Our favorite feature was the full back screened porch facing the water…. and stepping out and up and over the dune to the beach on our private path! I loved sitting atop the dune and watching the sunset…. The local bunnies like the dunes too. We loved the location as well, Sandwich is beautiful and historic.

We found this gem on Airbnb and it was everything we could ask for and more! This cute beach out was clean, had all the basic necessities and was close to everything else you wanted. This beach house has a beautiful view of the ocean that is just walking distance on a private bath as well as a screened in porch for relaxing! I will return to Cape Cod and most definitely be keeping this beach house in mind for the future. I highly recommend!

Worth the price
The cottage was cozy and clean with a parking spot in front. The rear enclosed porch is built on the edge of the dune, so the beach is right there. The full size washer and dryer were better than we expected, and the basement was well lit and clean. On the next to last day, we needed the AC which was not operational. It seemed to be low or out of refrigerant. It was moderate enough to get by with a fan. Other than that, We would absolutely consider a return.

Wonderful spot, great hosts
Cute cottage. Small, but space well planned. Two bathrooms makes it doable for 2 couples. Twin beds aren't ideal in second bedroom. Wonderful having AC, even in mid-June. The beach and setting were a hit. That's what we came for. Walking up and down the dune was great exercise, and complaints subsided after the first day. Kitchen has everything you need. Suggest you bring your own blankets if you are inclined. We loved adding to the memory book.

Great beach house with direct access to the beach and a very nice conservatory for chilling. In this area it is common to get the bedding and towels yourself. There are reliable providers who do this, so no problem.

Our family had such a lovely time for our vacation on the cape! This cottage was so perfect for us and was super cozy. We enjoyed going to the beach on the warm days (staying right on the beach was fabulous - just steps away!), and trying out all the cafes and restaurants that Sandwich had to offer! The enclosed sunroom was probably our favorite spot in the home to hang out - so cute and peaceful hearing the waves. Thank you for providing the perfect beach home!
