This was our third year renting this property and as usual had a great time. The cottage was very clean with a lot of nice touches.The fans and air conditioner in the bedrooms made for a comfortable night of sleeping.(The week we stayed was rather humid). The location was great. We look forward to next year.

We had a quiet and restful, vacation that ended all too fast. We love to walk on the beach during low tide when the sand bars are above the water. I like to take photos of the wild life. We like to read so the many book stores are great fun to browse. The people around us have become friends and we look forward to seeing them every Year.

I have spent a lot of time at the Cape in my life, but never in Sandwich. I found it a lovely place that I would definitely like to visit again, and I'd definitely contact Sand Dollar if I were coming to Sandwich again.

The best.
Our stay was wonderful. The place was very clean. The location was wonderful as I am a beach lover. The only bad part was we wished we could have stayed longer.

Stunning location with a nice little cottage
This place was amazing... It wasn't anything high-scale or anything like that but it was perfect for my wife & I. We had our honeymoon here and could not have been happier with the location and overall quality of this place. - The place was very clean, and all appliances and items were very well cleaned. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that's looking for a decent get-away for a good price. We paid about 600-700 for a week on Jun 8.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in Dune T. #2. It is a small cottage but was fine for our needs of just cooking and sleeping there. The beach and ocean was the main thing, as it is really just outside your door. With two young boys we were able to go back and forth to the cottage and beach very quickly. The cottage can get very warm, and there is only one ac unit in the main bedroom. So you need the fans on and to run the air on hot days. No lobster pot or oven mitts. We had fun!

Our first time on Cape Cod and we are in love! Sandwhich is a lovely, quiet town. This house was exactly as described. It is small but certainly enough room and more than you would have in a hotel room. Booking the property was easy. Just note, you will be responsible for fully cleaning the property. It wasn't too bad due to the size. Even though this is 1 of 3 units it feels private. Most importantly it's on a beautiful beach at a great price! We will stay again!

Best place to rent on the Cape. I've been renting this unit the last 3 summers and will continue to do so. The location is perfect, it's always clean when I arrive and the service from Jerry at Sand Dollar is top notch!

You can't ask for more than being RIGHT on the beach! Sandwich is a quiet town with lots to do and Dune Tootin had everything we needed for a perfect beach week at the Cape. Highly recommend!

Lovely location right on the beach with the sand between your toes within yards of the door. Providing you are not expecting luxury, it has all you need. Enjoy it now. With climate change, it might not survive higher sea levels and increased storms in future decades!

Quiet little cottage right by the beach

a lovely little cottage, right on the beach, with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sandwich. we had terrible weather (the Sand Dollar Realty staff are not responsible for the weather!!) but were unperturbed because we were so comfortable in the cottage. the beds were great and the beach is long and interesting (lots of stuff washed up after three days of stormin'!). lots of wonderful birds to watch and hear, too!

This unit was amazing! The beach and sand was so much fun for us and our young kids. I’m glad I brought water shoes for us cause there are a lot of rocks by the water. The unit is very close to a stop and shop for groceries. Lots of food and some playgrounds nearby too. Great location for some great family time!

The location is stunning on a private beach. Bring some additional fans to cool down the place. Only 4 people are allowed on the property so if you are meeting up with friends or family, you’ll have to meet them out. Kitchen has everything you need. Gas grill specific to this unit was wonderful. Beds a very firm. We will bring a mattress topper next time. Walk up from the beach can be a bit steep but worth the trip for sure! We never left the house/beach! Highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay, great spot right on the ocean. Quiet, private beach. It is very rocky so you’ll need flip flops or water shoes. We know the area very well so we knew that coming in. The space was small but very clean and exactly what a beach cottage should be. We had one small hiccup due our stay but the host was extremely responsive on that. Great vacation and we’ll definitely be using Sand Dollar again for our rentals!

The service was great from start to finish. The beaches right out your front door. The views and Sunsets were amazing.. I want to stay forever!!
