beautiful, quiet beach with lots of room for kids to play. roomy clean
house with a large deck overlooking the ocean to watch the kids and
look at the ocean views. everything you need is at the house except
for linens. sandwich is a nice little town with everything you need for
your stay. our family had a great time and we will be sure to go back.

We highly recommend staying here at Springhill Beach. The home was beautiful and had everything you would need except bring your own sheets and towels. It is lovely to have the beach right there. It is great to have a grille also. And the gas stove/fireplace was very cozy at night.
The home had very comfortable couches and beds. It's a great place to stay for a wonderful vacation

My mother and I vacationed at Cape Cod recently, & selected this property
because it seemed like a good location from which to explore the rest of the
cape. We were not disappointed. Everything about our stay was enjoyable:
Maureen at Salt Marsh was very helpful; the house was the perfect size for the
two of us; the living room was extremely cozy; and the deck was a great place
to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

I rented this house for my son and his new wife for their honeymoon. They said they had a fantastic time and that the house and location were just perfect. As a chef, my son was very happy to be able to cook lobsters in the pot provided. I just wanted to let you know that I found the renting process very easy and I am told the staff at Sand Dollar were lovely and easy to deal with. We will definitely rent with Sand Dollar again. Thank you very much.

Great, relaxing vacation.
As first time renters we really did not know what to expect. We found a great house for relaxing and enjoying the best the Cape has to offer. From coffee on the deck in the morning to fire pits on the beach in the evening -- we enjoyed every minute. The kids braved the cold waters and we collected a bucketfull of beautiful rocks. The house had everything we needed.

We loved our time here, fresh seafood from Joe's seafood every day, Walking daily by the ocean, what a lovely view. Lots of neat artistic touches, great mosaic mural in the kitchen We would so love to return and stay in this lovely home. The staff at Sand Dollar realty were very helpful

A piece of heaven!
It is airy, comfortable,& it's proximity to the beach is ideal. We really enjoyed the upstairs deck, living room. The kitchen is well equipped.Location is close to shopping,laundry & restaurants. We didn't leave much because we loved it there. We rented from Ride away Kayaks & they delivered them & picked them up. We kayaked every day. One of our best vacations. Sand Dollar Realty was great to work with.Very professional, organized, & made arrival & departure very smooth

Wonderful place to spend your 25th wedding anniversary!
This cottage has a beautiful, 180 degree view of Cape Cod Bay and an awesome spiral staircase! It was a great place to watch both the sunrise and sunset!
We loved sitting and watching the bay in all its moods and hearing the waves crash on the shore.
Hoping to go back next year!

Overall 5 star. The host was responsive and kind. We booked during the “off-season” week, super windy and cold. We only got one beach day in, but the views, was breath taking. The cleanliness and services are top-notch. I would stay here again!

This house was exactly what we had hoped for. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. The convenience of the location was unbeatable. It was about an hour into Boston and about an hour to get farther into the Cape. Plus- the private beach was a vacation in of itself. Our kids would have been happy just staying at the house all day and playing! We had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of blankets and was well stocked in the kitchen. We’d love to stay here again.

Perfect spot right on the beach! Loved sitting on the deck every morning just soaking in the ocean and sun. Kitchen was perfectly stocked- cooked lots of meals in it. Two bedrooms comfortable. Great location- we played mini golf, went out for ice cream, and had a campfire with s’mores right next to the ocean. Nice and quiet. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

This is a wonderful beach house, our second time staying here. Perfect for a family of four, and a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sandwich is my favorite part of the Cape, not touristy, very beautiful and serene and the ocean is peaceful. Love being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunrise. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need

Fantastic Off Season Trip
We loved this house! The location on the shores of the CapeCod Bay was beautiful! Little bit of a bumpy road to get in but its not that long. The house was perfect, VERY clean and well maintained. We loved sitting on the upper deck watching the sunset. The kids played on the beach. Water was only 52 degrees in May but that didn't stop our daughter from going in. We had a fantastic time.

Spring Hill Beach
The location & view was spectacular! The rocks were a bit much for our grand daughter & water too cold for her, but we found another beach for a couple of afternoons to make her happy. I will recommend this house to friends.

Great location with an unbeatable view! The house is fairly spacious for a beach rental and the upstairs living room is a great way to lounge at the end of the day with family. The kitchen had much of what we needed to prepare a meal and the decor is cute. We would come back again.

This was the most relaxing vacation we ever took! The house is pristine, beautiful and private. A private beach right outside your door and beautiful full views of the water from the house. On most days we felt like we were on a private island, we had the whole beach to ourselves. Nice ocean breezes but A/C as well. We would love to come back!
