Best stay in the Cape. Absolutely hands down our favorite cottage in the Cape we have stay in many other thou out the years but this one definitely made it to the top of the list! Clean,great neighborhood, short walk to beautiful beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing cottage and location!
We enjoyed our stay at the Tidal Cottage and have already booked our next one. The house is newly renovated and beautiful. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the gorgeous marsh views. A quick walk across the street and we were in the powdery white sand of East Sandwich Beach. We did some fishing and plan to bring kayaks next time. This neighborhood is a hidden gem and every person we met was super friendly. Five star week in the Cape, for sure!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect and the space was absolutely adorable. The deck was amazing.

Nice cottage on the salt marsh, easy walk to the beach. Like that there are two double beds.

We had a nice stay at this cottage condo. Nostalgic for me as my parents rented at this cottage colony when it was built in the early 70's. We had a few hiccups upon arrival, but Sand Dollar was very responsive.This is a typical Cape cottage that has a deck and nice view of the tidal marsh and creek out back. A nice relaxing spot to bird watch and have morning coffee. Also the public beach is only a short walk across the street. We are looking forward to renting again.
