Great cottage and owner! Very clean, would recommend to others. The fans were a plus to keep us cool nigths. Nice gas grill outside too!

This was a fun little cottage only steps to the beach. The beds were very comfy and the pull-out couch was brand-new. We really enjoyed having bonfires on the beach at night, a real plus! And it was easy to launch our kayaks and explore the bay and tributaries. We never needed the fans because the breeze was great. I recommend this place highly!

Great Vacation. The cottage was wonderful, just steps from the beech. Fantastic sun sets and memories that will last for many years to come. I would recommend this vacation spot to everyone.

The location of this cabine is perfect. Few steps to the beach, near from Hyannis and the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The large sand bars at low tide, and the biggest waves at high tide are really nice! Look exactly like the pictures!

We were extremely happy with the location because it was in a quiet, peaceful setting and is steps to the beach. It was still very quiet in the area as we were not technically peak season at the beginning of June but the weather was beautiful and the summer crowds weren't around yet. We had a large, beautiful beach almost to ourselves. The tides didn't go out for miles on our beach Like they do in Brewster but there was fishing and lots to explore down at Scorton Creek during high/low tide

You simply can’t beat the location of this cottage. It is literally steps from the beach and allowed us to effortlessly enjoy days at the beach or just a few hours if we wanted. The cottage is small, but provides all the basics you need. It doesn’t have many frills and could use some upgrading/updating, but all in all, allowed us to have a wonderful family vacation with our two young children.

We love the location of this property!
The cottage location is prime! Just a couple of suggestions to make a stay more comfortable. The back bedroom has sheer curtains and no blinds or shades for night clothing changing. The oven control knob has nothing on it so you have to guess about temperature (we love to cook), and a floor lamp in the living room would make things cozier at night vs. the bright overhead light.

Great stay
This was a very nice little cottage for two, we had a great week on the friendly, private beach. We could have done without the nightly fireworks next door, but that’s not the property manager’s fault.

Great little home in a beautiful location! Steps to the beach and lots of things to do and great restaurants close by. One of my favorite beach communities!
