The cottage was impecable. Had a great location. Was just the right size for me and my two young boys. We could sit back and relax or do the touristy thing. I only wish there had been an outdoor shower, but the hose worked well enough! We did have to figure out for ourselves how to get to the beach. Everyone in the "neighborhood" was friendly. My boys said it was "kind of like camping, but way better". We had a great time and plan on returning next year.

We loved our little cottage right across the street from the beautiful East Sandwich beach. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The photos really don't do it justice, we were pleasantly surprised. The deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, lots of birds to watch. Small but comfortable for three. Great area for families with all of the amenities without all of the crowds of mid-cape. We loved it and we'll be back for sure.

"Perfect Cape Cod vacation"
A beautiful place, we felt like we were on a boat. to summarize our week there, within hours of our arrival I left my beach chairs on the beach where they stayed the entire week. we had our kayaks off the back deck and went on the marsh and ocean every chance we got. we love the place and the cottage.it was perfect for us.i just loved the deck out back we are

Cute!
My week at Beachland 14 was terrific. Cottage was very cute and very well equipped which was important to me. Spent every day at the seashore which was just across the road. Fab weather always helps.Will return if the finances allow.

Stayed here the 2 middle weeks of July, had the best time! Location was wonderful. The marsh is your backyard and the beach is private, which means you can leave all your beach gear.Hope to return next summer.

Nice visit - much needed.
The cottage was cute but was not cleaned as it should have been. The rental company was great replacing the grill and clothes line when we asked. The pull out sleeper sofas are not comfortable. We went to Ocean State Job Lot and purchased an air mattress that fit well in the room. After cleaning out spider webs, washing all the dishes and cleaning the ceiling fans it was very comfortable. It was what we needed at the time and we are very grateful
